About Us
History
2001, the year when ripples from the Turkish financial crisis were affecting the emerging capital markets in the region (Bucharest Stock Exchange had some 65 companies listed and an annual turnover of not more than 148 mil. USD!), a small team of colleagues from the investment banking arm of the French bank Société Générale recognized the growing need of Romanian entrepreneurs for specialized financial advice.
Whether it was about financing their companies in a difficult debt market with double digit interest rates, having first contacts with PE Funds, expanding through acquisitions or disposing of business lines, we had the competence to assist.
