is among the first private equity professionals in Romania. She led the investment advisor to SGRF (Société Générale Romania Fund) a country dedicated private equity investment fund. Other relevant experience include audit & consultancy (Arthur Andersen) and M&A (founding partner Orion XXI); Among the investments she has overseen are emblematic names for the Romanian economy like Dorna (now Coca Cola), LaDorna (now Lactalis), Arctic (now Arcelik Group) and Sicomed (now Sanofi).
